ADVERTISERS’ COMMENTS
On the introduction of a charge of £1 per line for
events:
"It’s a great idea and I have no problem paying. Just let
me know and the money is yours."
"It is the least we can do for all your hard work, which
has already brought a lot of money to an awful lot of businesses in
town."
"Whatever you think is right, Steve, just send me the
bill."
"I think it is a very generous offer on your side, if we
were all to advertise in the Advertiser, which is only a one week
advert, it would cost a great deal more. That is something perhaps you
should mention next time you ask for your donation."
"No WE DO NOT think that £1 is outrageous and we truly
hope that no-one else does! We are always grateful for your continued
hard work and dedication to Live Music in Swanage, so YES, give us a
nudge whenever you are passing and call in for coffee and we will gladly
settle up with you."
